Buffet & Bangers

For those who are able to arrive on Friday, we'll be hosting a welcome party at Whaka Lodge.
Expect drinks, buffet style dinner, and lots of fun.
Timings: We'll kick the weekend off from 7pm.

Dress Code: Casual. Think linen trousers, flip flops, floaty dresses + don't forget your weekend energy
Saturday 5th September
Dinner, Drinks & lots of Dancing
We're so excited to celebrate our marriage with our nearest and dearest. We will start with a short ceremony, lawn drinks till our wedding breakfast is served. Followed by speeches, more drinks and lots of dancing.
Timings: 2.30pm arrival, guests seated at 3pm. 3pm - 3am.
Location: Loubersan
Dress Code: Smart (Indian, Western, or a mix of both)

Sunday 6th September
Pints & Pool Party
Come join us for a relaxed BBQ pool party where we can catch up on all things from the night before and end the weekend of fun.
Timings: 12pm onwards.

We recommend flying into Toulouse International Airport
You can fly direct from London (Gatwick, Stansted & Heathrow), Manchester, Edinburgh and Bristol. Please note that some routes only operate on certain days. Nearby alternatives include Carcassonne and Bordeaux. For international travellers without a direct connection, Paris or London are the best stopovers to reach Toulouse.
We have booked out Whaka Lodge in Seissan from Friday till Monday.

As we're having our wedding in the rural countryside, we believe it will be easier for all of our favourite people to stay in the same place to make it a seamless experience.
We will reach out for contributions to your lodges closer to the time.
Whaka Lodge is about 1 hour by car from Toulouse, with taxis available at the airport. Some of you may prefer to rent a car for the weekend. Alternatively, you can take a direct train from Toulouse Matabiau to Auch, which is a 20 minute taxi to the accommodation.
Whaka Lodge includes breakfast. Breakfast runs from 7am till 12pm.
For those who want to have lunch/snacks during your stay, it will be an extra charge to your lodge.
For those who wish to stay elsewhere, please note you will have to organise
your own mode of transport for the wedding dates.
As much as we love your little ones, we’re keeping the ceremony to adults-only.
The exceptions are newborn babies and our immediate family.
We know some of you may be traveling with kids, so they are welcome on the Friday evening and the Sunday BBQ! Extended family can also stay at Whaka Lodge. Please inform us in advance so we can make any preparations needed.

Dress code for
Smart (Indian, Western or a mix of both)
It’s a September wedding in the South of France, and we’re dreaming of sunshine, colour, and joy. So suit up & dress up.
For women: Dresses/jumpsuits or the like are perfect. If you’d like to add an Indian twist, feel free to wear
a dupatta, bangles, or Indian jewellery or even wear a saree!
For men: Linen suits are ideal for the setting. Indian suits or Nehru jackets are very welcome too if that’s your style.
Ties are optional.
The most important thing is that you feel comfortable in what you’re wearing.
Please note the venue has grass and gravel, so comfortable heels or wedges are recommended.
Don't forget your dancing shoes!

Shuttle buses will be organised from Whaka Lodge on Saturday 5th September.
The first bus will depart at 2:00pm, followed by a second bus at 2:30pm,
to ensure everyone arrives in time to be seated for the ceremony at 3:00pm.
At the end of the evening, buses will bring all guests back to Whaka Lodge.
The first return shuttle will leave at 11:00pm, with departures every 30 minutes until 3:30am.
If you prefer to drive, the full address 30 Chemin de Pasquin, 32300, Loubersan, Gers. Please park next to the tennis courts.
